You just added a phone number to your Gmail account. Enter the phone number, and you will receive an OTP for verification.If you select Yes, Google will ask you to enter the mobile number you wish to set as a recovery phone number.Select Yes, if you have the phone with your SIM with you.On the next page, Google will ask, “Do you have your (Device Name)?”.

Scroll down and click Recovery Phone Number.On the new page, swipe the Tab bar and click Security.Select one of the Gmail addresses and click Manage Your Google Account.option to display all the Gmail accounts on your device.Now, you will pick one Gmail account by tapping the drop-down This action will take you to a new Google page.

If you do not want to lose your Gmail account, you can visit and add a recovery email or phone number, even if the phone number works in another Gmail account. Visit and sign in with your password and username. Just exit Incognito mode or privacy tab in your Chrome browser.

Add a profile picture to the next page if you like or select later.

Google uses ReCaptcha to prevent bots from spam on your site through fake Gmail addresses. Skip that field by select Skip this confirmation and click Register.

In one of the information fields, Google will request a phone number to contact you.

Also do not allow Location Services during registration. If you intend to hide your identity, make sure you do not use your real name, date of birth, address, or country.
